1. Custom & Personalized Products
Because many of our products are custom-made (including personalized designs, prints, or color selections), refunds and returns are generally not available unless:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The product you receive is significantly different from what you ordered.
Please double-check your size, design, and customization details before placing an order.
2. Non-Custom Standard Products
For non-custom apparel or accessories (if applicable), you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@yourdiyclothing.com.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where we made an error or the item arrived damaged/defective.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an exchange is approved under Section 2. To initiate an exchange, please email sales@yourdiyclothing.com with your request.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not yet started.
- Once a custom product has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
7. Exceptions
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Items returned without prior approval.
- Products damaged by misuse, neglect, or improper washing.
- Gift cards or final-sale items.
